     Community Engagement
  • Conducted community club information session for scope of work on February 22, 2016.
  • ​Neighborhood expressed concerns with the area of refuge aesthetics.
  • Project Advocates met with representatives from the neighborhood to review the are of refuge elevation and received positive feedback.
  • Ronco and PA are currently reviewing subcontractor pricing in preparation for the final GMP.
  • Soil borings have been completed for all associated work.
  • ​​CM is currently procuring sub-contractor and vendor.
  • ​Preplanning meetings for moves and site logistics are underway.
  • Construction work started 5/2/16 (relocating portable classroom).
  • Existing sanitary resolution complete.

  • DLR will present Design Development drawings to the Board of Education for approval on April 25, 2016. 
     Final Design
  • On March 10, 2016 the Zoning Board of Appeals approved the waiver to base the capacity of the area of refugee on actual enrollment.
  • School and district staff preparing areas for renovation work to begin.
  • Permitting process complete.
  • Finalizing CMR GMP, ​complete by mid-May.
  • Submittal process underway.
  • Preconstruction meetings with CM and Principal complete.
