  • BVH/PA held a final community information session on April 25, 2016. This meeting reviewed the design development drawings approved by the Board of Education and construction phasing.

  • PA/WCS/Leuder created phased plan that will allow work to continue throughout the school year and potentially accelerate the completion of the project.

  • BVH/PA continues to work with district and WMS staff on programing new/renovated spaces at the middle school.
  • BVH+Gould Evans will present Design Development package to the Board of Education on April 25, 2016 for approval.
  • BVH+Gould are working on finalizing bid package #1. This bid package will include all site grading, site utilities and structural for the stacked addition.
  • The next Design Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2016. The meeting will cover finishes and plan updates.

  • Bid Package #3, which includes finishes, equipment, interiors and remaining exterior was issued to Lueder for trade pricing on June 13, 2016. Pricing to be returned July 19, 2016.
  • Move-in scheduled for July 14, 2016 into four temporary classrooms.
  • Structural steel on stacked addition scheduled to arrive July 21, 2016.

  • PA and Lueder Construction continue to finalize Bid Package #1 pricing which includes sit grading, site utilities and structural for the stacked addition.
